PhD in Philosophy and Arts (Art History section) from the University of Navarra and BA in Art History from the Complutense University of Madrid.
He currently works as Executive Director of Raíces de Europa since 2004, where he has organised more than thirty international congresses, and hundreds of courses on art, history and culture, concerts, conferences (also as a speaker), film festivals and many other academic and cultural activities.
Dr. Alipio has given courses and lectures at universities in different continents, among others: Taras Shevchenko National University (Kyiv, Ukraine), Ivan Franko National University (Lviv, Ukraine), Strahtmore University (Nairobi), Universidad Panamericana (Guadalajara, Mexico), Mansoura University (Al Mansoura, Egypt), and the University of the Basque Country (UPV-EHU). He is also the author of several works and articles.
