Javier Azanza

José Javier Azanza López is Professor of Art History at the University of Navarra, and a member of TriviUN research group of said University. He also teaches postgraduate Teaching at the Universities of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and Piura (Peru). He has thirty years of research experience, and has directed or been part of several research projects with public and private funding. His scientific results are published in monographs, collective works and national and international journals. He has four six-year research periods recognized by the CNEAI (National Evaluation Commission of Research Activity). He has participated in more than a hundred national and international conferences and symposiums. He holds various management and academic coordination positions, carries out evaluation work for national and international journals, and belogs to various scientific and editorial committees. He is a member of the Spanish Committee for the History of Art, vice president of the Spanish Emblematic Society and member of the Navarrese Council of Culture and the Arts.
